By visiting our website, purchasing our art, or engaging with our services, you agree to never use our work to train generative AI models, fine-tune such models, or be fed into existing generative AI models as input. If you (the client) or someone acting on your behalf uses any artwork created by Butter And Boba for any of the generative AI purposes stated above, the client shall owe a fee amounting to at least 200% of the invoice amount for the work, subject to a minimum of $500 (excluding taxes).
